John’s Incredible Pizza Company Celebrates Re-Grand Opening In Bakersfield, CA November 15, 2011 (Bakersfield, CA) - This week’s Re-Grand Opening Celebration of John’s Incredible Pizza Company’s Bakersfield store unveils new rides & games, a variety of new buffet offerings and upgrades throughout the facility. The 3 day event features a special $5 per person Re-Grand Opening offer as well as a “Food Drive & Free Rides” event to support the Community Action Partnership of Kern Food Bank (CAPK). John’s special $5 Re-Grand Opening offer, valid today, Tuesday, November 15, through Thursday November 17th at John’s in Bakersfield will kick off the festivities and is available by joining John’s Email Club or by visiting http://www.johnspizza.com/BakersfieldCelebration. Guests can print the offer and bring to John’s for an all you can eat buffet, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, including a variety of coffee, ICEE, and three free rides of choice. On Wednesday, November 16th John’s will support the Community Action Partnership of Kern Food Bank (CAPK) with a “Food Drive and Free Rides” event from 7am to 9am. “Each year the Food Bank distributes millions of pounds of food to low income families throughout Kern County. We’re very fortunate but 21% of Kern County residents are food insecure and 58% of Food Bank participants are children,” explains John’s Bakersfield Store Director, Tino Lizaola, “Everyone is invited to bring non-perishable food items to donate then try our 3 new rides as a thank you for helping us in support of the Food Bank.” Several rides & games have been added to John’s newly remodeled Fun World including Twister, a full size amusement park spinning ride; Tea Cups, a nostalgic favorite for guests of all ages; and Circus Safari, a colorful train ride coasting at just the right speed for tiny travelers and their families. New games include; Treasure Quest; Deal or no Deal Mega Spin; and 4 Player Pac Man Battle Royal; littlest guests will enjoy Little Masterpiece and Willie Wheels with its 6 collectible driver’s licenses. John’s has added several buffet items to answer guest’s requests including a hearty home-style Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Pasta, a savory and healthy Pasta Pomodoro, and a brand new and incredibly decadent Cheesecake recipe. An additional new seating area, Redemption Café, and the newly remodeled Hall of Fame dining room will allow ample room for visitors to enjoy meals together. “We opened our Bakersfield store doors in November of 1998,” said John Parlet, founder and owner of John’s Incredible Pizza Company, “with 13 years of history we look forward to reintroducing ourselves to the community.”
