Fundraiser Standard Policies

  • Fundraisers are subject to approval and organizations must be in line with John’s Incredible Pizza Co. values.
  • Your organization is recognized as a non-profit organization by the Federal Government. A copy of your tax-exemption certificate can be provided if required.
  • No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made as to the success of the fundraiser.
  • Amount earned is based upon fundraising tiers specified in your fundraiser contact. Eligible sales include all gift card purchases through your fundraising page, less any tax or discounts.
  • Funds will be mailed to address belonging to the non-profit ID within 2 - 4 weeks after end of fundraising period.
  • Any earnings from sales resulting in refunds or credit chargebacks will be void.
John's Incredible Pizza Company shall not be liable for non-performance of this contract when such non-performance is attributed to labor troubles, disputes, strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State and Municipal) regulations or restrictions upon trade or travel, transportation, non-availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God, and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable control of the store, preventing or interfering with the John's Incredible Pizza Company's performance.
Customer agrees to be solely responsible for and indemnify and hold harmless John's Incredible Pizza Company and its affiliated corporations and all loss or damage originating from or in connection with all activities of Customer's guests, attendees, and for all claims and demands for damages to property or for injury or death of persons directly or indirectly resulting from such activities of such nature.
