Lock-In & Private Events FAQ

Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
A: Yes, a minimum spend of $2,800 is required to have a private event after hours. The requirement will vary depending on your event's date, time and guest count. For more details, call our Event team at (951) 656-5555.

Q: How much is the event deposit?
A: The event deposit is 50% of the balance and is payable a minimum of 30 days prior to your event. The deposit is applied to your final balance.

Q: Is my event deposit refundable?
A: The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled before 30 days of the event. If cancelled after 30 days before the event, but before two weeks of event, deposit may be applied to a different event. The deposit is non-refundable or transferrable once within two weeks of event.

Q: Can I have exclusive use of John's during normal business hours?
A: The minimum purchase requirement will be significantly more because an event during our operating hours displaces our normal business. Please call our Event team at (951) 656-5555 and we can discuss with you the options.

Q: Are there any restrictions for the rides and attractions?
A: Yes, some rides and attractions are subject to height and weight restrictions. More Information
